Norwegian Star
in detail
This cruise ship has as many features as there are stars in the sky.
Okay---while that may be overstating it somewhat, it's not overstating it to
say that Norwegian Star cruises will not disappoint anyone who gets onboard.
The Norwegian Star cruise ship is 91,000 tons of activities and
entertainment, offering several restaurants, plenty of bars and lounges, and
a front row seat to a spectacular Norwegian Star cruise review show along
the Mexican Riviera, Alaska, and the Pacific Coast.

it has two lower beds, a sitting area, and private balcony.
Norwegian Star - Inside Stateroom
The inside Norwegian Star cruise ship stateroom has two twin beds and is
very comfortable; however, those who want some natural light in their room
might feel a little closed in.
Norwegian Star Cruise Ship Activities
To be or not to be---that's the question on Norwegian Star cruise ship.
Do you want to be active on your cruise vacation or indulge your desire for
rest and relaxation? The choice is yours.
With the Barong Spa and Fitness center, you'll look and feel your best.
However, relaxation isn't confined to the spa; the Norwegian Star Oasis Pool
is the perfect place to catch up on that book you've been putting off or
just soak up the sun. The younger passengers and the young at heart will
also love the two windy waterslides that The Grill, Sprinkles, and Topsiders
are all located right by the pool, as well.
Besides the two swimming pools, there are six, count 'em, six hot tubs
onboard Norwegian Star. There's also a jogging/walking track where you can
increase your heart rate and take in some great scenery in the process. Or
instead of working to increase your heart rate, work to increase your
company's revenue in the modern Conference Facilities. There are three
rooms, each of which is themed after a major world city---New York, London,
and Rome. The former seats twelve people while the latter two seat 10.
Combine the room into one large meeting area that seats 54. Norwegian Star
also has a Jacuzzi, a basketball/volleyball court, a video arcade ---well,
pretty much nothing that will get in your way of having the vacation you
crave.
Norwegian Star Cruise Ship Dining
It's called Norwegian Star Cruises Freestyle Dining, and while many
cruise lines have tried to copy it, only Norwegian does it right. It's all
about choice-choice in dinner times, choice in restaurants, choice in menu
options, and choice in seating arrangements. After all, this is your
vacation, so why should you have to spend your time following someone else's
schedule!
The main dining room, Norwegian Star cruise ship Versailles Restaurant,
features the cuisine of expert chefs, the service of highly trained waiters,
and an elegant atmosphere on top of it all. This elegant restaurant is
reminiscent of a French chateau. Each culinary dish is created by our
outstanding chefs. Seats 384 people.
The Aqua Restaurant features a more contemporary and lighter menu, and is
sure to delight. Its d'or and menu are filled with contemporary flavors.
Seats 322.
Le Bistro is an upscale French restaurant offering a menu of modern and
classic gourmet fare. Seats 82. Or, go casual, with La Trattoria, an Italian
restaurant that has great pasta dishes at the most reasonable price
imaginable --- $0!
Ginza, the remarkable Japanese Restaurant has all types of sushi and
exotic dishes. Seating 114 (that's 228 chopsticks in all), this
Thai-Japanese-Chinese restaurant complex features a sushi-bar, teppanyaki
room, and sake bar. Dressed in authentic Asian raiment, your servers will
present Peking Duck, Sukiyaki, and other Asian specialties.
You're in the Pacific Ocean, so it only makes sense that Norwegian Star
offers The SoHo Room, a high-end Pacific Rim restaurant that offers an
expert fusion of Californian and Polynesian cuisine. The results are artful
appetizers, entrees and desserts. You can also pick your own lobster from
the cold-water tank (although, we don't suggest naming him). Seats 102.
The Market Cafe is an indoor buffet with an extraordinary selection of
international fare and a special dining area just for kids (Kids' Cafe.
Omelets, waffles, fruit, and lots more are featured in the buffet line. Or,
try Endless Summer Restaurant, a Tex-Mex Tapas Restaurant & Bar in the
central atrium. It has a seating capacity of 136. For great food, 24 hours a
day, the Blue Lagoon never disappoints. Grab a burger, chicken sandwich, or
wok dish at any time of the day. Listen for the sizzle at Cagney's Steak
House, where they'll cook it just how you like it.
If you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, there's one place on Norwegian
Star that's bar none: Sprinkles Ice Cream Bar.
And when your stateroom is the only place you feel like being, the
round-the-clock room service is only a phone call away.
